Thank you for the visitation of our stand on the 51st international engineering fair.  

This year we introduced several news, one of them is the flexforce battery magnet for profile manipulation. This magnet guarantees quick and comfortable ferromagnetic material handling, especially with a steel profiles HE-A, HE-B.

This magnet has lift capacity up to 1500 kg and manipulated parts can be up to 8 m long. Its utilization is in stores, converting plants or building industries.

Magnet is battery-powered with 12 V DC. Battery working time is approx. 8 hours – one workshift. Operating is by the help of infra-red or airwaves (according to customer´s needs).

Thanks to its construction and price, this magnet represents the golden mean among ordinary, manually operated permanent magnets and more expensive electromagnetic systems with rugged design.

The real advantage is the flexibility. Magnet is installed just by hanging on crane. Its „foot“ is unique, it is possible to place it between the sides of profile! It is not posssible with any ordinary magnet with handle. So there is no dangerous turning with  a profiles or ineffective handling by the help of ropes and clips.
